Fire it Up!

By day I am a graphic designer. By evenings and weekends I am a potter. My two lives have joined together to create simple, graphic, modern tableware. Highly usable and highly beautiful. My work is wheel thrown and altered before the first firing. It is then glazed and fired again. Custom designed decals are then applied and each piece is fired for a third and final time.
All images are permanent on the piece.

Another Dimension

The 1950's imagined a future full of Robby the Robots, trips to the planets, limitless energy and a flying car in every garage. Although we never got our jetpacks, Atomic Earrings recalls that hopeful past and points to a better future through the magic of 3-D printing.
